How to Restore Purchases

Purchases on All Devices

In-app purchases made in Health Auto Export are valid on all supported platforms (watchOS, iOS, iPadOS & macOS), and do not require an additional purchase to be used on additional devices.

Purchases are also eligible for Family Sharing, meaning you can share you purchases with anyone in your Family Sharing group.

Restore Previous Purchases

  • You must be signed into the same Apple ID used to make the purchases on all devices.

  • On iPhone, select the Settings view, then scroll to the section In-App Purchases. Select Restore Purchases.

  • On Mac or iPad, select the Support item in the sidebar menu. Select Upgrade to open the upgrade menu, then select Restore Purchases.

  • Alternatively, if being prompted to upgrade, you can restore your previous purchase by selecting the access tier you perviously purchased and cimpleting the payment flow. Your previous transaction will be recognized on Apple’s servers and your access will be restored, rather than receiving a duplicated charge to your payment method.
