Export Apple Health Medical Records as JSON


HealthyApps today launched Health Record Export, the only app that allows you to truly own your medical health records stored in Apple Health.

Health Record Export complements Health Auto Export, which exports health and fitness data as JSON and CSV files, making it effortless to export almost every type of data stored in Apple Health. Export your data for personal backup and analysis, or share it with your healthcare providers regardless of whether they do or don’t integrate with Apple Health.

Instead of having to export your health data all at once, Health Record Export allows you to selectively export data according to data type and date range, meaning you can get exactly the data you need whenever you need it.

Health Record Export supports all medical record types:

  • Clinical Vitals

  • Conditions

  • Insurance Coverage

  • Immunizations

  • Lab Results

  • Medications

  • Procedures

In order to use Health Record Export, you must have a connected healthcare provider through Apple Health, or have existing medical records. Start using Health Record Export with a free sample export, then unlock full data exports via in-app purchase.

Health Record Export requires iOS 15.0 or higher, and is only available where medical records in Apple Health are supported.
